Villa Kybéli is a magnificent contemporary house built in 2020 with 5 "bedroom-suites". Kybéli is located in the south of the island of Syros, capital of the Cyclades.
Western influence and Greek tradition blend harmoniously in Syros. There reigns an intense life with the port, its terraces, its restaurants and its cafes. The Italian and French influences on the architecture of Ermoupoli and its palaces will seduce you.
ACTIVITIES
Kybéli has a 16-meter long infinity pool with a view of the sea. A dozen sunbeds allow you to bask in the sun or in the shade of olive trees or parasols. Also take advantage of 2 canoe-kayaks as well as a ping-pong table. Herbs or fruits can be picked at the foot of the olive trees or in the orchard. The climbing vine on one of the pergolas produces wonderful grapes and the fresh figs from the garden are delicious.

SYROS, ITS TOWN AND ITS PORT:
Capital of the Cyclades, Syros is a lovely island located in the center of the archipelago. Western influence and Greek tradition blend harmoniously in Syros which has developed as the administrative, cultural and commercial center of the Cyclades. There is an intense life in the city in all seasons, with the port, its terraces, its restaurants and its cafes. The Italian and French influences on the architecture of Ermoupoli and its palaces will seduce you. From the hill of the old town of Ano-Syros, it is possible to see up to ten islands of the Cyclades. Syros is surrounded by the islands of Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, Rineia, Naxos, Paros, Antiparos, Sifnos, Serifos, Kitnos and Kea. All these islands are 1 hour away by boat. To the north, the island is mountainous and wild, ideal for excursions; while the south is home to most activities, historical sites and private or public or secluded or family beaches. Security is absolute here.
The island of Syros has an airport, a port and a hospital.
